This is the best shop! It's a joy to go into it. The staff are amazing, so knowledgeable, cheerful and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. If they haven't got it they try to order it. During the pandemic they set an example on how to adapt, it was flawless..... if only other shops could be like this!!!!

Great local hardware shop, family run, have been using this shop for 20 years, staff always cheerful and helpful, also if they haven't got what you want they will try and get it, plus it is cheaper than driving all the way to b&q for the same item,

From them staying open when we moved in to our new house and the old type 'wire' fuse box popping two years ago. Giving up thier time for us. The team have been excellent every time. A true example of customer service with no request being a chore. Warmly welcomed every time, friendly and knowledgeable.Holbury HW are an old school gem, we'll be customers for many years to come.
